Traditional fruit cake, dry fruit, nuts, spices and soaked in sherry liquor.

Black Forest:

Chocolate sponge layered with dulce de leche(caramel), chocolate cream, vanilla custard and black cherries.

Mocha:

Layers of sponge, Coffee cream, dulce de leche(caramel) and walnuts.
